- All applications will be reviewed by the ActifyCity committee and approved at their discretion.
If approved, full payment must be submitted to secure your space. Absolutely no refunds will be given less than 6 weeks from event date. Any refunds prior to that will be subject to a $75 (If applicable) non-refundable deposit.
- Artists space must be open and staffed during agreed upon hours.
- Artists may arrive for set up at an agreed upon time, or after the first program has begun at the scheduled time. - We cannot accept shipment of vendor materials to the venue prior to the event.
- We reserve the right to deny the sale of items that have not been listed and approved via the application process.
- You agree to abide by all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention, public safety, business licenses, and sales tax permits.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ActifyCity, its partners, sponsors, agents, employees and assigns from any and all claims, causes of action suits, damages, theft, injuries and losses to any person or goods arising out of any actions by vendor, employees or agents that occur at ActifyCity. You agree that this release shall be a full and final compromise and release of any claims, demands, actions, and causes of action, known or unknown.
- You shall permit photographs and video recording of your vendor spaces, employees and agents. All photographs and video footage shall be the sole property of ActifyCity and may be used by ActifyCity in any manner deemed appropriate.
- If accepted, payment for this amount will be due to confirm your space. We'll notify you within 3 weeks of your application.
